GOOGLE IO EXTENDED CHATTANOOGA

PROBLEM: Snatching a Google IO ticket is a difficult task, not to mention the expense of travel and finding comfortable lodging.

SOLUTION: A Google IO Extended Party! Right here on the North Shore of Chattanooga Tennessee.

• Massive screens for comfortable viewing for all
• Plenty of capacity to accomodate the hoards of geeks in the TN Valley
• All keynotes and sessions x 2 days with live feed back to Google IO

• 2:30pm - 9:30pm : Breakout sessions day 1
• Thursday June 28:

• 12noon - 9:00pm : Breakout sessions day 2

How many people are expected to attend? We have over 20 registered.
What is the cost for this event? Free.
Why are you doing this? To promote the developer community in and around Chattanooga.
Seriously, why are you doing this? See above, really. We will have other events in the future at least once per quarter if not more frequently.
Is Google streaming all of their sessions this year? All sessions will be captured and available via YouTube within a matter of days according to Google. We will be streaming any and all sessions they make available from the conference for June 27-28. The 29th will not have any sessions streamed.
Is this an official Google sanctioned event? Yes, we were among the first registered IO-Extended sites here.
Will there be free prizes? Doubt it as we are covering food for those registered. If you want to bring stuff to give away go for it!
